After migration your clients will receive new account numbers, and existing Collective Retirement Accounts will be split into separate sub accounts for the management of crystallised and uncrystallised assets.
We have been working closely with adviser software providers, such as Intelliflo and Iress, to ensure that wherever possible your clients’ new account numbers are updated by your software provider automatically.
Many software providers will be updating these new account numbers late in the first week after migration. For this reason, it is vital that you reconcile the final fee payment from our previous system as soon as possible after migration, because it will ensure the reconciliation process remains straightforward for you to complete.
