Will my clients be given new account numbers?

Yes. These will be provided to your clients after migration. In the interim they can continue using their existing account numbers when contacting us, as they do today. This handy guide shows you how to find out your clients' new account numbers after migration.  

We are working hard with adviser software providers to ensure new account numbers are successfully migrated to your chosen back office system. In some instances you may need to take some action depending on which provider you use. You can find out more about this in the 'Getting ready' section of our Adviser Support Hub.
