During our technology upgrade we have worked closely with Synaptic Software to make sure your electronic valuations and electronic commission and fee message service continue to work as usual.
Updating your software
Together with Synaptic Software we have ensured that all the required updates have been taken care of.
Updating your username and password
Your username and password to access valuations through Synaptic Software has not changed, therefore you do not need to do anything to update your details.
Please note: Please do not change your Contract Enquiry password until after the migration. If you do change your password between now and migration, it will not be carried over to the new system and you will need to re-submit the change afterwards.
Updating your account numbers
As part of our technology platform upgrade we have issued new account numbers for all existing accounts.
For clients that currently hold both crystallised and uncrystallised holdings in our Collective Retirement Account, we will be creating separate accounts to hold each of these components.
In order to run the Contract Enquiry service, the new account numbers and holdings can either be imported into the Synaptic Software research tool via the integration with your back office system or populated manually within in the Synaptic Suite.
Changes to how you request valuations in Synaptic Software
The process of requesting valuations is unchanged.
