To make sure your electronic valuations continue to work as usual after our technology upgrade, we have worked closely with moneyinfo Ltd . We have also made improvements so you will be able to access bulk valuations for all your clients, daily. These will continue to be imported directly into your moneyinfo portal.
Updating your software
Together with moneyinfo Ltd we have ensured that all the required updates have been taken care of, so you can relax without any interruptions.
Updating your username and password
We have supplied moneyinfo Ltd with all the details they need to update your valuations so there is no need for you to update your username and password in moneyinfo Manager.
Updating your account numbers
Your clients will receive new account numbers for all their existing accounts. Immediately after migration we will communicate these new account numbers to moneyinfo Ltd, who will update your portal on your behalf, ensuring continuity of service.
For clients who currently hold both crystallised and uncrystallised assets in their Collective Retirement Account (CRA), their CRA we will be split into separate accounts that hold each of these components. The additional sub accounts that will be created will automatically appear in your moneyinfo portal, along with the new account numbers.
New clients with Old Mutual Wealth accounts
The ‘Get clients’ process (in moneyinfo Manager) which automatically retrieves and adds your new clients’ Old Mutual Wealth Customer reference will no longer be available.
As stated in the previous section, account numbers for your existing clients will be updated for you by moneyinfo Ltd. To set up a new client after migration, you will need to add the client’s account details into moneyinfo Manager’s ‘Provider feeds’ section. In this section you will need to enter the client’s account number without the three digit suffix that appears on the end of your client’s account number, e.g AC00012345. This number is your client’s ‘head account’ number, which is sometimes referred to as the ‘customer reference’. If your client has multiple head accounts then you will need to enter the details of each head account number.
