This step-by-step summary explains how to produce a transaction history on a client account.
What you’ll need to get started
- The name of the client and which investment you are producing the transaction history for.
Creating a client transaction history
① From the homepage, search for and select the relevant client.
② On the client’s dashboard page, click on the client’s account from within the ‘Accounts’ tab at the bottom of the screen.
③ From the account dashboard, click on the ‘Transactions’ tab at the bottom of the screen.
- From here you can view the different types of transactions by clicking through the tabs.
- You have the option to search for transactions using the date range and filters under each transaction type.
