Our online Customer Centre has been improved, building on the strengths of our existing Customer Centre to give your clients a high quality, secure portal that complements your own advice proposition. Benefits of your clients signing up
- It's faster - your clients can access their valuations quickly and update their details online, saving you time.
- It's easier - your clients can view all their documents online, reducing paperwork.
- It's smarter - by allowing your clients to top up their ISA or CIA online it can free you up to focus on more profitable business.
In addition your clients will also have the ability to switch funds themselves online, as they do today. Many of these features can be configured by you to suit the requirements of your firm, helping you stay in control of your clients' investments.
Enhancements to the online Customer Centre
Clients will have access to performance tracking, allowing them to stay closer to their investments.
Managing regular contributions and withdrawals
Clients with ISAs and Collective Investment Accounts (CIA) can request one-off or regular withdrawals online up to £50,000.
Where you have previously granted your customers access to top up their ISA or CIA themselves, they will also now be able to manage their regular investments online. If you haven’t previously granted this access but would like to, you can do so by contacting us.
Given the taxation and regulatory complexities of Pensions and Bonds, clients wishing to invest or withdraw assets from either the CRA or CIB will not be able to do so online.
Enhanced account information
Clients will be able to see additional account information, including money paid in and out of their account, plus a transaction history.
Logins and Passwords
Your clients will not need to re-register for the system and can continue to login using their existing passwords.
